My name is Jessica Pelkey and I am a licensed Esthetician by day and a Biology/Chemistry student by night. I'm very excited to be teaming up with the Ballard Health Center (BHC) to bring my LOVE for skin care and sugaring to the awesome people of Ballard and beyond!
